people could’ve done something to change it all
\nbut no one moved
\nall of them were too scared
\nto move an inch
\nlittle did they realize that if they united and worked together
\nthey wouldn’t need any heroes
\nany superheroes
\nall they needed was their faith
\nbut it was severely destroyed
\nnothing going
\nit’s all over
\nboom
\nkaboom <\/p>\n
death, hunger, oppression, poverty, disease, suppression, repression
\nplagued the world
\nwhile the white lord and his cronies just got richer and richer
\nand the poor just got poorer
\nand the only way to do anything with your life
\nis to step on others
\nwalk all over them
\nand\/or to compromise your values and beliefs
\nand this is what people did
\nand the world went into a period of real darkness
\nthe sun stopped shining the way it used to
\nthe dark dark clouds that never rained gathered all over
\nthey choked and hurt when you’d breathe them in
\nbecause they’d come so close to the ground
\nthese clouds weren’t natural, no
\nthere was no more heat, because the sun was blocked out
\nplants stopped growing
\nsoon animals started dying, too
\nand the people didn’t have any food
\nbut the rich did
\nthey had their own places
\nwhere the sunlight would come in
\nor they’d manufacture their own artificial light
\nfrom the throngs and throngs of slaves that they kept
\nand they’d grow food, and eat
\nto their heart’s desire
\nand they’d throw out more than they would eat in a day<\/p>\n
and God looked at it all
